Charlene Minx, Founder, Minx Law
Charlene Minx is an intellectual property attorney and the founder of Minx Law, an IP boutique based in Los Angeles. Charlene counsels clients in all aspects of brand management and enforcement, including the selection, commercialization, and protection of global IP portfolios. Charlene’s clients include both iconic brands and emerging companies in entertainment and content, software, gaming, apparel and footwear, and consumer goods.
Charlene’s work includes guiding clients through complex IP transactions and providing IP specialist support on M&A transactions. On the enforcement side, Charlene has extensive experience representing clients in TTAB proceedings, in federal court litigation, and in managing cross-border IP disputes.
Prior to forming her own boutique firm in 2016, Charlene practiced in the intellectual property groups at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP. She is a graduate of USC Law School and UC Berkeley.
